natural plant and tree species and marking where many rail
buildings once stood.

that they can be seen," said Tamn. "There's also a real diversity
of natural life along the trail, most likely from all the seeds
that got scattered from trains along the rail line."

trust member Terry Patton offers photos and details about the
former buildings, their histories and functions. Drawings and
scientific descriptions accompany the examples of plant life.

is being sold by the Trust for $1.50 in the train station, Tamn
said.
Equity Msn Private Wyoming Among the sites identified along the tour include the North
Pemberton station's adjacent bunk and block houses, where rail
workers slept and freight cars were stored, and a pump house
located near the old Birmingham site used to refill steam engines
with water.

tour, but we're real pleased with the result," Tamn said. "We
believe we're the first rails-to-trails path in the state with this
sort of thing. The idea was to enhance the trail for something
besides just walking, running and biking."
Equity Index Funds Eventually, Tamn said the trust hopes to recreate some of those
structures so visitors can gain a better appreciation of the areas
rail history and extend the tour down the remaining 1.5-mile
southern path through neighboring Pemberton Borough. He said the
trust also is inviting schools in Burlington County to bring
students to visit the train station and use the new tour.
Equity Private Team Wyoming Tamn said the trust also has placed several wooden benches along
the trail to serve as pedestrian rest stops. The benches were made
from old rail ties and are decorated with mile markers advertising
their distance from the North Pemberton and Birmingham
stations.
