monebaggassemonebaggasseThe monetary policy committee looked at a large number of
factors when making its decision, including the amount of
financing available for buy-to-let mortgages and other home
loans. Held on March 5th and 6th, the monetary policy committee
meeting declined to reduce rates further for fear of inflating
panic of a domino effect in the UK following reports of a US
recession, the minutes also reveal. The Bank of England last
cut interest rates from 5.5 per cent to 5.25 per cent in
February, amid fears the UK economy was slowing down. equity msn private wyoming

Meanwhile, employment increased for a balance of +38 per
cent of respondents. The rate of growth was particularly strong
in banking and finance, where a balance of +42 per cent took on
more staff. Overall employment growth is expected to moderate
in the coming months, though the balance (+23%) is still well
above the long term trend (+8%). investment property home
Demand for retail property grew for a balance of +18 per
cent, a little above the long-term average of +13 per cent and
slightly up against the last survey six months ago (+15%).
Healthy demand is expected to continue for this sector, with a
balance of +19 per cent expecting it to grow. managed equity funds
Office property was broadly stable, with occupiers expecting
demand to rise over the next six months. The balance of +1 per
cent for the past six months was slightly below the average for
this sector (+5%) and a +6 per cent balance now expects demand
to grow, driven largely by the banking and financial
sector. capital entrepreneurial equity
The balance in the manufacturing sector of zero per cent
shows demand for factory space neither increasing nor
decreasing overall. The balance for the next six months is
slightly lower at minus two per cent, the only negative balance
in the survey for expected demand. private equity hedge funds
Optimism about the general business outlook remains
essentially unchanged from the last survey, with a balance of
five per cent marginally above the long term average (+4%) but
slightly lower than six months ago (+6%). email equity private wyoming
In the past, the office market has been driven by
occupier demand, with leases put in place to drive value and
profit to those implementing development. More recently,
however, the phenomenal demand for commercial property has
shifted the emphasis towards owners, who are benefiting from
rising capital values without occupier demand running
alongside. equity loan on investment
As a result, we are seeing untenanted properties
achieving values which would have been virtually unheard of
twelve months or so ago particularly in locations such as the
Valleys with good road transportation links to the M4
motorway. equity income mutual funds
The growth in capital values for these types of properties
is also based upon anticipated uplifts in tenant demand and
consequential rental growth with the demand for commercial
property unlikely to abate any time soon, owners are confident
that their investments will continue to pay dividends well into
the future. private equity group
The market is also being fuelled at the smaller end by the
ability of individuals to place commercial buildings into SIPPs
(Self Invested Personal Pensions). Stuart Ramsey continues:
The Government U-turn on permitting residential property
to be placed into SIPPS has added to demand, steering money and
finance towards the commercial sector. With excellent returns
on commercial property of all kinds, individuals looking to
secure their retirement funds are just as likely to consider
untenanted buildings as any other. private investment public

BTL Investors Uneffected by Interest Rate Hikes
First-time buyers will feel the pinch of interest rate hikes
in the coming months but buy-to-let investors will continue to
make their mortgage repayments says research conducted by RICS.
With affordability at the worst levels since 1992, first-time
buyers will slip behind in their mortgage repayments to a
greater extent than buy-to-let investors who are less at risk.
Buy-to-let investors tend to be older - with over half of all
investors aged over 45 - and have larger disposable incomes
(and possibly greater access to equity release) compared to
first-time buyers who have pushed themselves to the limit to
get onto the housing market. real estate private equity
Of the 1.65m mortgages in the UK, 0.96% (111 860) of them
were in arrears. But only 6.6% of all mortgages were buy-to-let
and only 0.69% of these mortgages were in arrears - a mere 5
318 in total.RICS expects that buy-to-let investors will have
no difficulty finding tenants at suitable rental rates in the
coming quarters as rental demand remains strong in a growing
economy. Employment conditions remain firm and rising house
prices could force would-be-buyers to rent. contact equity private us
Data from the RICS Lettings Survey shows that rents are
rising at close to the fastest pace in five years, and tenant
demand remains buoyant.RICS Economist David Stubbs commented:
Buy-to-let investors will be less at risk from
repossessions in the coming months. Older, wiser
investors are likely to ride out periods of interest rate rises
looking to the benefits of long term capital growth rather than
short term rental income. real estate equity investment
January s surprise interest rate rise is likely to
soften new buyer enquiries in the coming months but those
buyers who have already taken the housing market plunge could
find mortgage companies knocking at their doors in the near
future as affordability conditions bite. structuring venture capital
Investors in the residential letting industry tend to prefer
their buy to let mortgages to be variable or tracker deals that
can take advantages of falling interest rates, new research has
found. RSS equity private quebec team
