America Online Steps into the Ring to Deliver First-Ever Live Online Coverage of the Golden Gloves National Championships on AOL for Broadband

Agreement With Golden Gloves National Championships to Include Online and Broadcast Sponsorship of Event

Private Equity Fund Of Funds America Online, the world's leading interactive services company, today announced a deal with the Golden Gloves of America to deliver live, online video from the final rounds of the 2004 Golden Gloves National Championships, exclusively for AOL(R) for Broadband members. Immediately following the conclusion of the nationally televised broadcast, AOL will continue to provide live coverage of late-round final matches on Sunday, May 9, from 3:00 PM to 4:30 PM EST. This is the first time viewing of the Golden Gloves National Championships will be made available live over the Internet.
