SUNRISE, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--June 3, 2004--Glow Bench Systems International, Inc. (Pink Sheets:GLWB) announces the acquisition of Dotcom Marketing Group, Inc. Dotcom Marketing Group is an Internet marketing company with 2003 pretax earnings of $337,000. The Company reported pretax earnings for the first quarter of 2004 of approximately $200,000.00. Dotcom Marketing projects an explosive growth in revenue due to an extensive affiliate network. The Company expects that the addition of new product lines will allow revenues to triple for the last two quarters of 2004. Glow Bench Systems expects that the acquisition of Dotcom Marketing will result in a substantial positive cash flow.
Glow Bench Systems announces the appointment of D. Beauchamp as C.E.O. and President. Mr. Beauchamp was formerly a Special Agent with the FBI, a Security Analyst for Continental Oil Company, and worked in the field of Foreign Assistance for the U. S. State Department. Mr. Beauchamp will be responsible for the operations of Safety Media Company, a wholly owned subsidiary of Glow Bench. Safety Media is developing a sophisticated "Emergency Warning System" that interfaces with the "Amber Alert" system. Michael Spatucci, has been appointed as Vice President of Production.
